SSL error impacting access to Jira Service Management

Users trying to access https://jira.it.lacelle3.com may receive a "Your connection isn't private" SSL error when loading the site. We have determined this to be related to an expired SSL certificate that needs to be renewed.

We will work to get this resolved by 11:59 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2025. In the meantime, you can still continue to send requests via email to our Information Technology team at it@lacelle3.com, and our Financial Services team at finance@lacelle3.com
